All sales are final. These orders are all print on demand. Two different print on demand platforms are utilized to allow for a diverse product option supply.

Every order is a custom order, and no inventory is maintained. Therefore you are not able to return the item nor request an exchange.

If you receive your order and the product is damaged or appears defective, we will partner with you in requesting a replacement. You will need to supply pictures of the product and a detail explanation of the concern.

If you are looking to create a care package for a veterinary professional, please contact Dr. Pope directly. She can work with you to gather all the items and ship them together to either you so you can hand deliver it or directly to the indivdiual. These can take up to 4-6 weeks to create and ship.
